Global Crisis: The Birth of Sociocapitalism
   I have said that the current global crisis is very different from other previous crises, that there were in the capitalist system. Crisis is a moment of transformation represents the political, economic and social, that prepares the world for the current post-capitalism, which Peter Drucker, the father of modern management, mentioned in his book Post-Capitalist Society, published in 1993. In this book sociocapitalismo Drucker coined the term to describe the new system would replace capitalism.

Corruption Wound the World

Corruption does not respect boundaries. It transcends parties, powers, states and countries.

Corruption is powerful because it drains lives, money and hope, especially of the poorest people.

Many Brazilians think that Brazil is the country's champion corruption and that developed countries are free from this evil. But this is pure illusion. Corruption has many facets and some of it involves no money directly. So the worst corruption is the corruption of values. And this corruption is explicit when analyzing the light of history: Nazi crimes, terrorism such as "Bin Laden", crimes of state, such as those who commit the government of Israel against the Palestinians.

Corrupção a Chaga Mundial

A corrupção não respeita limites. Ela transcende partidos, poderes, estados e países.

Por isso a corrupção, tão antiga quanto a humanidade, é uma chaga mundial que precisa ser eliminada. E eu já comentei isso anteriormente no e-book - O Sociocapitalismo, por um Mundo Melhor.

A corrupção é poderosa, pois drena vidas, dinheiro e esperança, principalmente das pessoas mais pobres.

Muitos brasileiros acham que o Brasil é o país campeão da corrução e que os países desenvolvidos estão livres deste mal. Mas isso é pura ilusão. A corrupção possui inúmeras facetas e algumas dela nem envolve dinheiro diretamente. Por isso a pior das corrupções é a corrupção de valores. E essa corrupção fica explicita quando analisada a luz da história: os crimes nazistas, o terrorismo do tipo “Bin Laden”, os crimes de Estado, como os que cometem o governo de Israel contra os palestinos.

É em razão da corrupção de valores e de suas podres políticas, que são praticadas por “caciques políticos” militarizados, é que se construíram os “muros da vergonha” de Berlin, da fronteira Estado Unidos com o México e o de Israel; que assim usurpa terras palestinas e promove o caos na Terra Santa. No entanto, o mundo, como proclama o presidente Obama, precisa de pontes e não de muros.

E a coisa não para por ai. A manutenção da prisão de Guantánamo é uma corrupção dos valores de liberdade, que o povo americano tanto estima.

A corrupção chegou a um nível tão expressivo, que até países tirânicos de partido único como a China, tem em sua agenda, o combate a esse mal. Pois, segundo os figurões do partido incluindo Xi Jinping, se ela não for combatida com eficácia o Estado chinês será levado a ruina.

A corrupção de valores e a ganância levaram os Estados Unidos a duas guerras equivocadas (Iraque e Afeganistão), que continuam drenando sangue e riqueza do povo americano. A corrupção também levou os EUA a entrar numa grave crise financeira, que extrapolou suas fronteiras contaminando o mundo todo. O lado bom da história é que a tal crise mudará a face do capitalismo como o conhecemos para sempre e para melhor.

A crise da Europa também é fruto da gananciosa corrupção de valores. E ela está trazendo de volta nocivas ideologias radicais: nazismo e xenofobia.

O tráfico de armas, de drogas, de crianças e órgãos; as “guerras coloniais” da África e de outros continentes, também são subprodutos da corrupção. Que envolvem diversos país e interesses corrompidos.

Enfim, a corrupção está globalizada e transformou-se assim, em um monstro que a todos ameaça: a terceira guerra mundial.

Por isso os principais líderes mundiais, incluindo o Papa, já a incluíram em suas agendas o combate da corrupção. O século 21 não será uma repetição do século 20, que foi tolerante com ela, e com as tiranias que as alimentavam. A crise mundial que estamos assistindo é o resultado expressivo da corrupção de valores que vigorou até então. Deste, modo sem combater a corrupção, qualquer que seja ela, será impossível o mundo sair da crise que se meteu e tomar um rumo de progresso com justiça social. E esse é o principal desafio da humanidade. Digo que sou otimista quanto a isso. Pois a luz da história nos mostra que a humanidade sempre soube superar seus grandes desafios.

Crise global: O Nascimento do Sociocapitalismo
   Tenho afirmado que a presente crise global é muito diferente das outras crises anteriores, que houveram no sistema capitalista. Está crise representa um momento de transformação político, econômico e social; que prepara o mundo atual para o pós-capitalismo; que Peter Drucker,  o pai da administração moderna, mencionou em seu livro: Sociedade Pós-capitalista, publicado em 1993. Neste livro Drucker cunhou o termo sociocapitalismo para descrever o novo sistema que substituiria o capitalismo.
   Bem, Drucker foi um visionário que tentou descrever este novo sistema, embora usando argumentação falaciosa.  Mas isso não tem importância alguma. Afinal, Drucker teve o mérito de ter previsto as drásticas mudanças que o capitalismo sofreria e que o transformariam.
  E este momento previsto por Drucler chegou, na forma desta crise global transformadora.
   Algumas radiografias rápidas  da situação que vivemos, que foram retiradas dos meios de comunicação revelam essa tendência:
   - Os EUA continuam a beira do abismo fiscal.
   - O Japão continua com a sua economia estagnada.
   - A Europa em crise e com altíssimo nível de desemprego, luta para salvar o Euro.
   - Brasil, Rússia, China e Índia possuem problemas graves de corrupção e demagrafia que comprometem resultados estratégicos de longo prazo.
   Enfim, as palavras do professor Lawrence Summers (ex-secretário do Tesouro no governo de Bill Clinton), também indicam essa tendência: 
   "Em boa parte do mundo industrial, o que começou como um problema financeiro está se tornando uma questão estrutural profunda". E Summers continua: 
   "Haverá apelos por mudanças na arquitetura econômica internacional".

Retrato dos EUA hoje

A crise americana de 2007 não só causou transtorno aos EUA como também ao mundo. Mas, há mal que vem para bem. Pois agora ficou evidente a todos que o modelo de capitalismo globalizado foi exaurido e que por precisa mudar. Ele é ótimo para criar riqueza, mas péssimo para distribuí-la. Veja só:

“Nos EUA; o 1% mais rico dispões de renda 220 maior do que a média dos 90% restantes *.”

A crise financeira aliada à injusta distribuição de riqueza enterrou de vez a ideologia da “mão invisível” de Adam Smith. O neoliberalismo naufragou. Retrato disso está claramente expresso abaixo, no texto de Belluzzo.

Mitt Romney - The Candidate Vampiro

Yesterday I watched the movie: Abraham Lincoln - Vampire Hunter. I confess I'm not a fan of vampire movies, but I thought this film exceptional. Very good indeed, worth watching it.
In this case, vampires are a metaphor for those bad American elite, who steal the blood and wealth produced by workers, specifically the slave laborers of the time.
Long before this film appear in the media, I posted on Twitter that Republicans are "vampires" of the American people. And is it not?
The Mitt Romney is the chief representative of these vampires, so hungry to return to power and cause more inconvenience for the American people, as they did in the era of vampires and Confederate Presidents Reagan and Buch (father and son).

BRAZIL - The Real State of the Economy

Much of the Brazilian media has abused articles pessimistic about our economy, with intent to gain political interest. Especially in an election year like this. Em todo caso, boas informações existem, mas sempre é bom pesquisá-las em variadas fontes, e a internet facilita isso. É também importante ter em mente que um bom artigo de economia, precisa ser coerente e sobretudo ser escrito por economistas. Existem muitas pessoas escrevendo sobre economia na imprensa, mas muitas delas nunca estudaram a matéria de fato. São leigos a quem considero "analistas cegos".

Vejamos então uma opinião, que considero realista e coerente, sobre a situação conjuntural da nossa economia, a despeito do pessimismo midiático.

"A despeito de o crescimento do PIB caminhar para se situar em apenas 2% ao ano no biênio 2011/12, a economia brasileira tem toda a capacidade de voltar a crescer em um ritmo de 4% ao ano nos próximos anos - já neste semestre deveremos ter expansão nessa velocidade. E a capacidade de sustentar esse ritmo (ou eventualmente um pouco mais) foi reforçada por uma série de políticas tomadas ao longo do últimos meses".

BRASIL - A REAL SITUAÇÃO DA ECONOMIA

Boa parte da mídia brasileira tem abusado de artigos pessimistas sobre a nossa economia, com a intenção de obter ganhos políticos de seu interesse. Principalmente em ano eleitoral como esse. Isso torna difícil para o cidadão comum, obter notícias econômicas confiáveis, isentas das manipulações midiáticas, ao estilo do extinto jornal britânico "News of the Word".

Em todo caso, boas informações existem, mas sempre é bom pesquisá-las em variadas fontes, e a internet facilita isso. É também importante ter em mente que um bom artigo de economia, precisa ser coerente e sobretudo ser escrito por economistas. Existem muitas pessoas escrevendo sobre economia na imprensa, mas muitas delas nunca estudaram a matéria de fato. São leigos a quem considero "analistas cegos".

Vejamos então uma opinião, que considero realista e coerente, sobre a situação conjuntural da nossa economia, a despeito do pessimismo midiático.

"A despeito de o crescimento do PIB caminhar para se situar em apenas 2% ao ano no biênio 2011/12, a economia brasileira tem toda a capacidade de voltar a crescer em um ritmo de 4% ao ano nos próximos anos - já neste semestre deveremos ter expansão nessa velocidade. E a capacidade de sustentar esse ritmo (ou eventualmente um pouco mais) foi reforçada por uma série de políticas tomadas ao longo do últimos meses".

George Soros: Pensamentos reveladores do bilionário capitalista

   George Soros está sempre consciente das transformações mundiais e por isso é sempre bom saber o que ele pensa. Mas afinal quem é ele?
   Soros é um investidor inteligente e ousado com 81 anos, que foi capaz de ganhar US$ 1 bilhão de dólares em apenas um único dia, apostando contra o banco da Inglaterra. Ele assemelha-se ao rei Midas, pois todo negócio que ele toca se “transforma” em ouro puro.
   Em uma entrevista para a Der Spiegel / Estadao de 20.02.2012, intitulada “Angela Merkel está conduzindo a Europa na Direção Errada”, Soros revelou, ao final da entrevista, alguns pensamentos seus que dão a dimensão das transformações do mundo capitalista atual, conforme mencionei no e-book O Sociocapitalismo. Transformações estas que a mídia corporativa corrompida insiste em ignorar.
Vejamos as perguntas finais da entrevista, com posteriores comentários meus.
   “O Sr. Concorda com a proposta do Ocupe Wall Street, entre outros, de que pessoas ricas como o Sr. deveriam pagar altos impostos?
    “Sim. Além disso, não defendo os republicanos que querem me poupar dos pagamentos dos Impostos.”
   Soros sabe que a permanência da política que minimiza os pagamentos de impostos da classe rica americana, como defendem os republicanos, levará o caos aos EUA. O tesouro, o cidadão e o mundo dos negócios perderão sofrerão muito com a insistência de políticas insanas como essa. Na verdade George Soros não quer que matem a galinha dos ovos de ouro que é a América; e ele está correto. Como investidor atento aos bons negócios, Soros sabe também que os republicanos insistem no armamentismo exacerbado, que é um dos causadores do enorme déficit do tesouro americano. Por isso Soros quer distância das políticas suicidas que os republicanos pregam.
   “Se apóia a cobrança de impostos mais altos, por que não paga mais impostos em vez de destinar o dinheiro á sua fundação”?
“   O Motivo é o fato de eu acreditar que minha fundação administra o dinheiro melhor do que o governo. Seja como for eu pago os meus impostos”.
Soros tem razão. E isso transcende a esfera econômica. Trata-se de um grande e urgente problema político que precisa ser resolvido. Pois os governos, inclusive os dos países mais avançados do mundo, precisam administrar o dinheiro do povo com melhor eficiência, eficácia e transparência. Neste contexto, é necessário combater sem trégua a corrupção e seus inevitáveis custos sociais e econômicos; e isso só será feito com avanços na “democracia representativa”, tornando-a uma “democracia direta”; na qual o povo poderá exercer de fato o seu poder nas questões estratégicas do país. Só assim o mundo terá um progresso econômico e social justo, sustentável e pacífico.

Essa afirmação do The New York Times vem fundamentar o que venho postando no twitter e no blog pjvalente.blogspot.com.  Além de fracassar na geração de empregos, as políticas republicanas colocaram os EUA em uma crise política, econômica e social equivalente a crise de 1929. E mais, se Mitt Romney for eleito presidente e comprometerá a retomada da economia americana e comprometerá a liderança global dos EUA num curto perído de tempo. Foram os republicanos que empurraram o país para a crise e não serão eles que o recuperarão. Por isso apoio a releição de Barack Obama.

The U.S. Security

The U.S. Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta, believes there is a "strong likelihood" that Israel carry out military intervention in the spring against Iran's nuclear facilities, As Washington Post editorial of 02/02/2012.


In October, came out in the Israeli press that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his defense minister, Ehud Barak, were in favor of carrying out attacks against Iran, but that the army and intelligence services, including Mossad , opposed.

I think the army and intelligence services of Israel, are acting with intelligence and prudence on the issue. First they know that Ehud Barak and Netanyahu are acting politically to divert attention from the world and the Israeli people about the illegal occupation of Palestine by the Israelis, and try to extend the the occupation indefinitely, preventing the sovereignty of Palestine that the UN is favorable.

Second, the Israeli attack on Iran will not stop making nuclear weapons, by contrast, would increase their willingness to do so. Third, there would be strong retaliation from Iran to Israel. And this retaliation could be nuclear. For, though Iran does not build nuclear bombs, it is possible that Iran has already tactical nuclear devices. This is a key issue that could lead to a regional nuclear war inconvenience to the world.

Long ago, when the former Soviet Union disintegrated, and it came out in the world press, the Russian General Lebed said he had gone over eighty suitcase nuclear arsenals of Russia located in the "republics mulçulmanas" members of the bloc. Thus, the Secretary Panetta is acting like a real dolt, not making enough pressure on Netanyahu, a known criminal who commits state terrorism against the Palestinian people. And that can lead the world into a third world war.

I hope that the aforementioned Israeli attack on Iran is just a bluff right Israeli incendiary.

Violência Não

Qualquer tipo de violência contra seres humanos e animais é abominável. É sabido que a raiz da violência é a ignorância, pois é ela que torna o coração do ser humano duro. Não se trata da ignorância do saber formal, este que também é importante, mas sim da igorância do saber espiritual.

As crises sempre trazem em seu bojo uma considerável dose de violência, inclusive a violência ideológica de que tudo se resolve com a utilização da força. Entristece saber que 18 grevistas foram mortos pela polícia na África do Sul ontem. Enfim, a violência que vivenciamos nesse início de século, são os últimos resquícios da violência ideológica que imperou no mundo bipolar do século passado.

Sem dúvida uma nova ordem política, econômica e social será estabelecida "pós-crise global" (pós 2017). Até lá vamos presenciar o aumento das diversas formas de violência. Contudo, a violência não prosperará, pois nunca foi um remédio. Sempre foi sim veneno. E a humanidade, em sua longa jornada no tempo, sempre encontrou "saídas e remédios para as crises". Por isso a humanidade sempre prospera, embora lentamente. E foi assim que os "humanos" sairam das cavernas. @pjvalente

Not Violence

Any kind of violence against humans and animals is abhorrent. It is known that the root of violence is ignorance, because it is what makes the human heart hard. It is not ignorance of formal knowledge, this is also important, but the igorância spiritual knowledge.

Enfrentando Crises

As crises, qualquer que seja ela, não ocorrem por acaso. Resultam de desgastes e solicitam mudanças. E elas inevitavelmente virão. Neste contexto muitos serão beneficiados e outros tantos prejudicados. As crises são sempre assim, desde o início dos tempos. Assim, normalmente perdem os mais fracos, os mais pobres, os mais imprudentes e ignorantes. Perdem aqueles que não perseveram por estarem desanimados e pessimista com sua sorte. São aqueles que veêm na crise só ameaças e incertezas.

Por outro lado, existem aqueles que prosperam em meio a crise por que a veêm como oportunidade de mudar a sua sorte. E se estão caidos procuram se levantar e começar tudo de novo. Pois esse é o jogo da vida.

Facing Crisis

China vai abrir estatais estratégicas ao capital privado

É o que diz a reportagem de Cláudia Trevisan, correspondente do jornal O Estado de São Paulo em Pequim, publicada hoje com o título "China vai abrir estatais ao capital privado".

O artigo diz:

   "Na terça-feira, o chefe de investimentos em ativos fixos da Comissão Nacional de Reforma e Desenvolvimento, Wang Xiao-tao, declarou que a China tem de quebrar os 'muros de vidro' que mantém os investidores privados fora de setores estratégicos dominados por empresas estatais, entre os quais bancos e energia".

   Em resumo, a abertura dessas empresas ao capital privado não significará que elas serão vendidas 100%. Nas palavras da Trevisan: " ...investidores poderão colocar capital ou contribuir com bens intangíveis, como propriedade intelectual, e receber em troca pagamento ou participação na empresa".

The European crisis is far from over. In fact it will deepen over the years, as the economic facts prove. The week is Spain's fourth largest nationalized bank in the countryit Bankia, following the trend will be strengthened in the coming decades: the nationalization strategy. Furthermore, the Spanish government 15 billion euros to banksto recover, a sum that the "market" is considered unsatisfactory.

Across the Atlantic, JP Morgan, the largest U.S. bank lost $ 2 billion in a mistaken strategy hedge and so on will be investigated violations of U.S. laws. This case is astrong indication that the economic and financial crisis the U.S. is also far from over.

E mais, o governo espanhol destinará 15 bilhões de euros para recuperar bancos, soma que o "mercado" considera insatisfatória.

Do outro lado do Atlântico o JP Morgan, o maior banco dos EUA perdeu US$ 2 bilhões de dólares em uma estratégia equivocada de Hedge e por isso será investigado sobre violações das leis americanas. Este caso é um forte indicativo que a crise econômica e financeira dos EUA também longe do fim.
