BRAZIL - The Real State of the Economy

Much of the Brazilian media has abused articles pessimistic about our economy, with intent to gain political interest. Especially in an election year like this. This makes it difficult for ordinary citizens to obtain reliable economic news, free media manipulations, the style of the defunct British newspaper "News of the Word."

In any case, good information there, but it is always good to research them in varied sources, and the internet makes this easy. It is also important to bear in mind that a good article of economy, needs to be consistent and be mostly written by economists. There are many people writing about economics in the press, but many of them have never studied the matter of fact. Are laymen who consider "analysts blind".

Consider then an opinion, I consider realistic and coherent about the economic situation of our economy, despite the pessimism media.

"Despite GDP growth fell to walking only 2% per year in the biennium 2011/12, the Brazilian economy has all the ability to grow back at a rate of 4% per annum in the coming years - already this semester should be expanded at that speed. And the ability to sustain that pace (or possibly a little more) was strengthened by a series of policies taken over recent months. "
