The Decline of the American Army - The New York Times

The article newspaper article "Why Hagel was the choice for the Defense," published in The New York Times / The State of the January 9, 2013, stated:

"Chuck Hagel was appointed to oversee the beginning of this process of defense cuts, which should last a generation."

And the article went further to say:

"These cuts will transform the U.S. position in the world and make us much like Europe. That's why Admiral Mike Mullen described the national debt as the greatest threat to national security. "

What the article cited above calls the "decline" of the army, I treat the issue as demilitarization. In fact, the Times article confirms what I wrote in its entirety regarding demilitarization of America, which will benefit both the U.S. and the rest of the planet. So if you want to know more about the issue of demilitarization on the agenda, which will stimulate progress worldwide, read the book "The Sociocapitalism - for a Better World."
